What is a seed phrase?
A seed phrase (recovery phrase) is a list of 12 or 24 words that is the master key to a crypto wallet. Anyone who has it controls the wallet completely.
Why it matters for your safety
Because it is the master key, never type your seed phrase into any website or share it with anyone — no legitimate service ever asks for it. Store it offline.
