What is a wallet address?
A wallet address is a public string of letters and numbers that identifies your wallet on a blockchain, like an account number others can send funds to.
Why it matters for your safety
Sharing your address to receive funds is safe. But watch for address poisoning — attackers seed lookalike addresses into your history hoping you copy the wrong one. Always verify the full address.
